A competition scheme for the new Elisabeth House in Manchester City Centre. The building provides flexible office space with retail spaces at ground level.

The scale of he building and the architecture are designed to contribute to the civic enhancement of St Peter’s Square which is to be re-landscaped.

A facade of stone blades establishes the public spaces at ground level and extends up to the office floors and rooftop terraces with changes in dimension and proportion to express the height and volumes.
