Leisure development comprising a golf course redesigned to PGA standards, hotel accommodation, indoor extreme sports arena, indoor lawn games hall, conference hall and 250 lodges in the woods. The project revisits and updates a 1989 outline planning application with a view to submitting a revised matters application for a phased development of the resort.

Stanton Williams have been appointed to develop the design and coordinate the design team to deliver planning submission level of detail supported by an Environmental Statement encompassing all the environmental site issues ranging from sustainable development, ecology, wild life, landscape, visual and environmental impact.

Sustainability and environmental concerns are at the fore on the client’s and design team agenda and the team of consultants engaged in the project reflects this concern.
