Stanton Williams’ scheme for Derwent London has been granted planning permission by Westminster City Council. It will replace the existing office building, which serves as Derwent's headquarters, with a new high-quality mixed-use building.
The proposed building will provide up to 29 new apartments and significantly increase the current provision of retail space by providing active frontages along both Savile Row and Boyle Street.
Our design employs a refined palette of materials using natural stone set against fine metal detailing to give the building a unique character befitting the prestigious site and context.
The façade has been sculpted with recessed entrances at the base and deep window reveals on the upper levels.
