Our Eddington Key Worker Housing is among the four shortlisted projects for the 2021 RIBA Neave Brown Award for Housing.
Established in 2019 in honour of the socially-motivated modernist architect Neave Brown, the award recognises the best new examples of high-quality, affordable housing in the UK.
As part of the new North West Cambridge quarter, Stanton Williams’ housing development provides much-needed affordable housing and facilities for the University of Cambridge post-doctoral community, supporting the University’s position as a global leader in research. It creates a neighbourhood of 264 key worker homes together with university workspace, shops and amenities in a convivial setting.
