RIBA Neave Brown Award for Housing Shortlist

Our Eddington Key Worker Housing is among the four shortlisted projects for the 2021 RIBA Neave Brown Award for Housing.

Established in 2019 in honour of the socially-motivated modernist architect Neave Brown, the award recognises the best new examples of high-quality, affordable housing in the UK.

As part of the new North West Cambridge quarter, Stanton Williams’ housing development provides much-needed affordable housing and facilities for the University of Cambridge post-doctoral community, supporting the University’s position as a global leader in research. It creates a neighbourhood of 264 key worker homes together with university workspace, shops and amenities in a convivial setting.
